The following criteria will be considered by FFCA Board when making a purchase, or granting a project:
For any project or purchase estimated to cost over $5,000, we will seek a minimum of 3 bids or purchase prices.
We will post, advertising for bids, on our Facebook Group Page and the official FFCA Website fernforestcommunityassociation.com
We will be open for bids for at least a two week period from the posting date.
Bids will be sent to ffcahawaii@gmail.com.
A three/fifths majority vote of the FFCA Board will be needed to accept a bid, or buy an item.
Not necessarily will the lowest bid be chosen. Other criteria may include, but are not limited to; skills and reputation of applicant, availability and timeline of project.
