This is the official website of the Forest Forest Community Association, Inc, a corporation registered with the State of Hawaii. Please feel free to read our FFCA Community Bylaws.

 

Our Community Board is made up of volunteers who are elected by FFCA Members. The board is given the task of conducting business for the Association, managing administration, paying bills on behalf of, and collecting the Mandatory Road Maintenance Assessment (MRMA) fees needed to maintain and improve our approximately 42 miles of roads. Accounting is done through a reputable, professional accounting service. No fees are collected at or by the FFCA office; this is to prevent any potential for theft or abuse of power.

Board Meeting Schedule Changed

Starting next month, February, 2024, the FFCA Board Meetings will be held on the third Sunday of every month at 2:00 pm.

Report Road Sign Damage/Theft & Trash/Vehicle Dumping

Please report any damaged or missing Road Signs to the FFCA office. For abandoned vehicles or junk vehicles in easements, please follow the Abandoned Vehicle Protocols. To report other criminal activity, please get as much data as you safely can (photos, video, description, plate #) and make a report to the police and/or Neighborhood Watch

Please note, a 5.5% processing charge will be added to any credit card payment. You can avoid this charge by mailing in your payment – please see payment options below. If you need to add more than one item to the cart, please choose “Continue Shopping” in the top-right corner of the Paypal payment page. All transactions are secure.

Road Fee Payment Options

  1. CREDIT CARD – Via PayPal using online MRMA Payment Section above. A 5.5% ($9.90) processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
  2. CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK – Please mail to JB Services, LLC, P.O. Box 4548, Hilo, HI 96720. No foreign non-US checks accepted.
  3. MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN – Please call JB Services, LLC at (808) 756-7304 to arrange a plan.
