This is the official website of the Forest Forest Community Association, Inc, a corporation registered with the State of Hawaii. Please feel free to read our FFCA Community Bylaws.
Our Community Board is made up of volunteers elected by FFCA Members. The Board is responsible for conducting the business of the Association, overseeing its administration, paying bills on behalf of the Association, and collecting the Mandatory Road Maintenance Assessment (MRMA) fees needed to maintain and improve our approximately 42 miles of roads.
To support sound financial management and accountability, the Association uses two separate, independent firms: a professional bookkeeping service that maintains the Association’s financial records and an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) firm that handles the Association’s tax filings.
The Association also works with an attorney who provides legal advice and assists with matters such as filing liens for unpaid assessments.

Report Road Sign Damage/Theft & Trash/Vehicle Dumping
Please report any damaged or missing Road Signs to the FFCA office. For abandoned vehicles or junk vehicles in easements, please follow the Abandoned Vehicle Protocols. To report other criminal activity, please get as much data as you safely can (photos, video, description, plate #) and make a report to the police.

PER THE BY-LAWS, ARTICLE 13, SECTION 4, MRMA PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON FEBRUARY 1ST. LATE FEES FOR NON-PAYMENT ARE ACCESSED ON MARCH 1ST.
Please note, a 5.5% processing charge will be added to any credit card payment. You can avoid this charge by mailing in your payment – please see payment options below. Please use the Cart button at the top right of the MRMA payment box to checkout. All transactions are secure.

- CREDIT CARD – Via PayPal using online MRMA Payment Section above. A 5.5% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments.
- CHECK, MONEY ORDER, CASHIERS CHECK – Checks MUST be made payable to Fern Forest Community Association or FFCA. Please mail to Fern Forest Community Association, PO Box 318, Mountain View, HI 96771. No foreign non-US checks accepted.
- MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN – Please email us at bookkeeper.FFCA@gmail.com to arrange a plan.
